BHC established BC Wolves in 2022, with former Lithuanian national team player, Rimantas Kaukenas, as team president. The club entered Lithuania’s LKL championship in its inaugral season.
In the club’s second season, the club moved to its newly renovated home at the Avia Solutions Group Arena, Vilnius, while also welcoming former Lithuanian national coach, Kestutis Kemzura, to lead the team.
